Is the tour suitable for children?
The tour lasts approximately 3.5 hours and is designed to be suitable for most people, thanks to its relaxed pace and frequent stops along the way.
Sometimes children may be suitable for the group tour, but this depends on individual ability. Children must be at least 10 years old, confident cyclists, and comfortable riding alongside traffic. Children under 10 are not suitable for group tours. The management team or tour guide will always make the final decision on whether a child can safely join the group. Adults are responsible for children and their safety at all times during the tour.
For younger children or families who prefer a more flexible experience, we recommend booking a private tour, where all ages are welcome and we offer a range of bikes to suit different riders.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we strongly recommend booking in advance as spaces are limited and tours often sell out, especially during peak season.

Which is the best bike tour for me?
If it’s your first time in London, we recommend the popular Gold Classic Tour or the Total E-London Tour to help you see the best-known highlights of the city, up close, within a few hours. Both of these tours can be booked privately for greater flexibility and tailoring to your interests and needs throughout the tour.
If you’re looking for a mix of history and modern London vibes, the Love London Tour is a great option. For something a little less touristy but still rich in modern history, The Original e-Bike Tour or the Destination London Tour are both great choices. For something more unique, you can try our Sunset Tour or book a Private Tour, which may be more suitable for families with children under 10.
Can I still join if I don’t ride a bike?
If you can’t ride a bike, our guided bike tours unfortunately won’t be suitable for you, as all guests need to be confident riding in traffic and on public roads in London. However, you can still explore London with us by joining one of our walking tours instead.
Our walking tours are a great alternative, offering a relaxed way to discover the city’s landmarks, history, and hidden gems on foot with an expert guide.
Are bikes provided?
Yes, we provide comfortable, well-maintained bicycles for all guests. Our traditional Dutch-style bikes are designed for comfort and easy riding, and come in a range of frame sizes. With an upright seating position, they offer great balance and a relaxed cruising experience. The seats are fully adjustable, making them suitable for riders of different heights, including shorter cyclists.
You can also choose to upgrade to an e-bike for an additional fee, for an even easier ride around London.
Do I have to wear a helmet?
Yes, helmets are always required. We provide them free of charge for all guests. Wearing a helmet is a condition of our insurance when taking part in a tour in London.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes, cancellations or changes are possible, in accordance with our terms and conditions. Refunds are possible up to 24 hours before your original booking, and it may be possible to rearrange the time of your tour after that.
