Which is the best bike tour for me?

If it’s your first time in London, we recommend the popular Gold Classic Tour or the Total E-London Tour to help you see the best-known highlights of the city, up close, within a few hours. Both of these tours can be booked privately for greater flexibility and tailoring to your interests and needs throughout the tour.

If you’re looking for a mix of history and modern London vibes, the Love London Tour is a great option. For something a little less touristy but still rich in modern history, The Original e-Bike Tour or the Destination London Tour are both great choices. For something more unique, you can try our Sunset Tour or book a Private Family Tour, which may be more suitable for families with children under 10.

Can I still join if I don’t ride a bike?

If you can’t ride a bike, our guided bike tours unfortunately won’t be suitable, as all guests need to be confident riding in traffic and on public roads in London.  You’re still very welcome to explore London with us by joining one of our walking tours instead.

Our walking tours are a great alternative, offering a relaxed way to discover the city’s landmarks, history, and hidden gems on foot with an expert guide.

Do I have to wear a helmet?

Yes, helmets are always required. We provide them free of charge for all guests. Wearing a helmet is a condition of our insurance when taking part in a tour in London.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Yes, cancellations or changes are possible, in accordance with our terms and conditions. Refunds are possible up to 24 hours before your original booking, and it may be possible to rearrange the time of your tour after that.

Please check your booking confirmation for details. If you’ve already booked but your plans have changed, please let us know as soon as possible.
